How to Use / Cooking Instructions

• Boil rice vermicelli and set aside.
• Mix the chilli oil with the noodles to prevent sticking.
• Mix the chilli paste, palm sugar, lime juice, and fish sauce to make the dressing.
• Pour the dressing over the noodles and toss well.
• Top with shredded chicken, crispy chicken skin, sliced red chillies, spring onions, and coriander.
• Serve immediately.
