Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please send us clear photo evidence to hello@thaigrocer.co within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and assist with a return or replacement if appropriate.

Order Cancellation: Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, we are unable to cancel or modify your order as it may have already been processed and packed for shipment.
