Customs & Import Duties: Please note that import taxes or customs duties are not included in the shipping cost. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unaccepted Deliveries: If a shipment is refused by the customer or not accepted upon delivery, we will not be responsible for refunds or reshipments under any circumstances.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send us photo evidence to hello@thaigrocer.co so we can investigate and assist you further.
