Description

How to make it (for 2 people) 1. Dissolve the powder in this packet with 1 cup, 240 ml., of cold water. Stir until dissolved. Add 150 grams of fresh mussels and 2 sliced scallions, stir until well combined. Divide into 2 equal parts. 2. Heat a large pan with 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil until very hot. Take the first portion and stir again and pour it into the pan. Spread into thin sheets. 3. Beat 1 egg onto the batter and spread it evenly. Wait for the edges of the batter to become golden brown and crisp, then turn and fry until the oysters are cooked. 4. Sprinkle 1 handful (50 grams) of bean sprouts and continue to stir-fry until the batter is crisp and yellow. Scoop out. Sprinkle with white pepper and coriander. Served with chili sauce 5. Repeat steps 2 - 4 for the second portion of dough.
