Can be used with many types of food. 1 bag of flour (1,000 grams) can fry: 5 kg. of chicken, 3 kg. of shrimp, 1.5 kg. of vegetables. How to do it 1. Divide the flour into 2 parts. The first part is mixed with water in the ratio of 1 cup of flour to 1 cup of cold water. Mix well. 2. Dip meat (chicken, pork, seafood) or fresh vegetables into the first portion of flour mixed. Then dry it with another portion of flour that has been divided and set aside. Shake the mixed chicken pieces to let the excess flour fall out. 3. Fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
